The fastest Next-Gen Raptor is getting faster.
Running around 30 passes at Heathcote Park Raceway, Maxx Performance ran some solid testing for our new Transmission Cooler and Stage 2 Intercooler - which seems to be doing the job!
The team at @maxx_performance_ are pushing this Raptor towards an 11 second goal, which could be on the horizon pretty soon.

This past weekend at The Shootout, we took our 2022 Subaru WRX back to the track with one goal in mind — beating our previous personal best of 9.8 seconds in the 1/4 mile.
After a few shake down passes and dialing in the new power, we put it all together and set a new World Record with a blistering run of 9.34 @ 150mph! 🚀🔥

From building parts in his parents garage to creating one of the most internationally recognised brands in the aftermarket automotive industry, here's how Kevin started Process West.
Thousands of hours. Six key phases. A snapshot of the product development journey behind Process West.
Phase 1: Pop The Hood
Our development process always starts the same: We pop the hood and see what we’re working with.
Using 3D laser scanning we capture the engine bay with precise dimensional accuracy. This step immediately defines exact spatial constraints, optimal fitment requirements, and functional parameters for development.
Once we know our design parameters, we head to phase 2.
Phase 2: 3D Design & Simulation
Informed by our assessment and scan of the engine bay, we begin our initial, highly accurate 3D CAD modeling.
Our initial designs will consider mounting points, hose and piping routing, and component clearances to ensure a perfect, factory-spec fit.
The result of Phase 2 is a fully optimised, digitally-proven design, ready to move onto Phase 3.
Phase 3: Prototyping
While a digitally design is promising, we need real-world fitment.
We 3D print our CAD models into 1:1 prototypes to confirm clearance, brackets, mounting points, and overall usability before bringing out the CNC machines.
Once we confirm our design, we move to Phase 4.
Phase 4: Build & Test
After fitment is confirmed, we build our first performance unit, turning renders into something real.
Swapping plastic for aluminium, we CNC-machine our first unit and confirm fitment again (officially, this time).
This is where performance testing begins. Often spanning weeks or months, we subject our vehicle to rigorous, constant use to access reliability and power gains.
Now, Phase 5.
Phase 5: Third-Party Testing
Testing our own products is essential, but we like to get a couple other eyes across the part before launch.
We send a our units to specialist tuning shops to test them in a high-performance environment, pushing the limits to ensure maximum power is safely extracted and verified.
With the third parties happy, we move to Phase 6.
Phase 6: Launch
From basic renders to tune testing, the unit is now ready for market.
The seamless, controlled process of designing, CNC machining, welding, powder coating, packaging and shipping under our own roof is how we eliminate compromise and guarantee quality.
Starting in the high 13s Maxx Performance worked their way to an 11.94s at 113.68 mph. The first Raptor in the world to do so. 0-100 kpm in 3.9 seconds. The best 0-100kph they saw on the same day was low 3.7s.
540whp, almost 530lbft TQ Says it all. And almost 1mpg better fuel mileage! I have the entire Process West catalog of parts; Intercooler, Charge & Crossover pipes, Cold Air Intake/Filter Box, and Transmission Cooler. I knew the PW brand from previous Subaru builds and didn’t hesitate and ordered everything they made for my truck. Quality and fitment are of the highest caliber as is the factory support—even all the way over here in the USA. At first, my plan was stage 1 (then wanted more). I changed my mind and after a quick email to PW, a charge pipe conversion kit to Stage 2 was in the mail—and they also saved me money by sending me to a U.S. based distributor that had a sale on the larger Intercooler. A year after all the parts were installed, and while cleaning air filter, I over tightened my plexiglass Airbox lid and “star” cracked it around screw holes—another simple email and instantly a new replacement lid showed up. PW has the engineering, manufacturing, and customer service which are all beyond reproach—think about that before you consider a lower priced option.
I’m extremely satisfied with the Process West Cold Air Intake and 3.5” Crossover Pipe for my Ford Ranger Raptor. Both products feature excellent build quality, a well-thought-out design, and a clean, aesthetically pleasing appearance that beautifully complements the engine bay.
Beyond the looks, the improvement in throttle response is genuinely noticeable. The engine feels more responsive, making the overall driving experience even more enjoyable.
Installation was also relatively straightforward. The cold air intake box was super easy to install, with a great fit and no unnecessary hassle. The 3.5” crossover pipe took a bit more time due to differences between Ford production batches, but the installation was manageable. It took me approximately 2.5 hours to complete the entire installation.
What truly made this experience special, however, was Process West’s outstanding international customer service. As an enthusiast living outside Australia, getting my hands on these products could have been challenging. Thankfully, the team was incredibly helpful, kind, and responsive, and they made international shipping possible. Their quick responses and willingness to assist made the entire purchasing process so much easier.
It's fantastic to see a company that genuinely cares about enthusiasts worldwide and makes its products accessible to customers beyond Australia. Their support made it possible for me to get the parts I had wanted so badly.

There perfect for my process west intercooler stage 2 .. I don't know why it didn't.come. with a process west logo ..I was hoping it was raised 3d style but I guess if it's the same as what's meant to be on them then where winning ! Does stage 3 come with the same logo
