Shipping Policy
At Process West, we are committed to delivering our high-performance automotive products to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping terms and conditions below.

1. Order Processing Time
Dispatch: All orders for physical goods are typically processed and dispatched within 1 -3 weeks of receiving payment. There may be additional time dependant on availability of stock. 

Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your online order. Once your goods have been handed over to our courier or postal service, you will receive a further notification (and tracking details where applicable).

Weekends & Holidays: Please note that orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Costs

Our shipping rates are subject to change without notice. Exact shipping costs may be calculated for particular products and added to your order total before you complete the checkout. 

Flat Rate Shipping: For many items within Australia, we offer a flat-rate shipping fee. Please refer to the shipping total at checkout for the final price.

3. Delivery Estimates
We use a network of reliable couriers and postal services to ensure your order arrives safely.

Domestic (Australia): Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are generally between 2 and 7 business days, depending on your location (e.g., metro vs. regional areas).

Delays: While we strive to meet these estimates, delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as courier delays or extreme weather.

4. Shipping Methods & Tracking
We deliver products using a variety of courier networks and Australia Post.

Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

5. Risk, Loss, and Damage
Insurance Recommendation: We highly recommend that buyers choose to insure their shipments. Process West is not responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if insurance is not selected/paid for by the buyer.

Inspection: Upon receiving your delivery, please inspect the packaging for any signs of damage before signing for the receipt.

6. International Shipping
For international orders outside of Australia, please visit our international dealers network on our website. Please note that international customers are responsible for any local customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

7. Returns & Redelivery
If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address provided by the customer or failure to collect the parcel from a collection point, a redelivery fee may apply.
