This piping kit is only compatible with the Process West stage 2 intercooler.

The Next Ranger Raptor is still relatively new but is it common place for the factory plastic piping to split especially when the vehicle is tuned. (more boost).

Our piping kit completely replaces all of the factory plastic piping with 2.5in mandrel bent aluminium tube and high quality 5 ply silicon hoses.

There's more power under the hood, and the stock intercooler isn’t going to unlock it. Ours will.

Ground-Up Performance Engineering.

Our designs all follow a similar path. We remove the stock cooler and 3D scan the engine bay to determine the precise constraints of the available space. Once we know what we’re working with, we generate functional renders and finalise form, function, and fitment.

Following our digital models, we generate 3D printed prototypes for further, real-world confirmation of size, fitment, and installation ease. When our prototype is perfect, it's on to manufacturing.

All our products are built in-house at our Australian facility. From billet aluminium CNC machining, welding, powder coating and packaging.
