The Process West 3.5 Inch Crossover Pipe is a direct replacement for the restrictive factory plastic crossover pipe on the Next Gen Ranger Raptor, delivering improved airflow, better throttle response, and a more capable intake system overall.

Ground-Up Performance Engineering.
Our designs all follow a similar path. We remove the stock component and 3D scan the engine bay to determine the precise constraints of the available space. Once we know what we’re working with, we generate functional renders and finalise form, function, and fitment.
Following our digital models, we generate 3D printed prototypes for further, real-world confirmation of size, fitment, and installation ease. When our prototype is perfect, it's on to manufacturing.
