The Process West Stage 2 Front Mount Intercooler Kit is a complete cooling upgrade for the Ford Falcon FG, combining a high-performance core with everything needed for a clean, integrated installation.

Core specifications. The 420 x 410 x 90mm bar and plate core features high-flow polished aluminium end tanks, delivering smooth airflow and effective charge air cooling with a meaningful increase in capacity over the factory unit.

Complete kit. Mandrel bent aluminium piping, all necessary silicone joiners, and stainless steel hose clamps are included for a fully integrated, factory-quality finish.

Finish options. The intercooler core is available in black powdercoat or silver finish to suit your build.

Ground-Up Performance Engineering.

Our designs all follow a similar path. We remove the stock cooler and 3D scan the engine bay to determine the precise constraints of the available space. Once we know what we’re working with, we generate functional renders and finalise form, function, and fitment.

Following our digital models, we generate 3D printed prototypes for further, real-world confirmation of size, fitment, and installation ease. When our prototype is perfect, it's on to manufacturing.

All our products are built in-house at our Australian facility. From billet aluminium CNC machining, welding, powder coating and packaging.
