The Process West Stage 2 Front Mount Intercooler Kit is the complete cooling solution for the VB WRX. Everything you need to transform your FA24's thermal performance, in one box.

Pairing the Stage 2 Intercooler's massive 525 x 350 x 100mm high-density bar and plate core with lightweight CNC mandrel bent aluminium piping, this kit delivers a seamless, high-flow system from end to end.

Superior thermal performance. Designed to drastically lower intake air temperatures (IATs), ensuring your Subaru maintains peak timing and boost pressure even under heavy load consistently, across the entire RPM range.

True bolt-on fitment. No cutting. No permanent modification to your front bumper. Just a clean, professional install using everything included in the kit.

Your finish, your choice. Available in black powdercoat or raw aluminium. Built to look as good as it performs.

Ground-Up Performance Engineering.

Our designs all follow a similar path. We remove the stock cooler and 3D scan the engine bay to determine the precise constraints of the available space. Once we know what we’re working with, we generate functional renders and finalise form, function, and fitment.

Following our digital models, we generate 3D printed prototypes for further, real-world confirmation of size, fitment, and installation ease. When our prototype is perfect, it's on to manufacturing.

All our products are built in-house at our Australian facility. From billet aluminium CNC machining, welding, powder coating and packaging.
