The Process West Radiator Cover is a functional engine bay upgrade that improves cooling efficiency while adding a clean, purposeful look under the bonnet.

Form follows function.

A radiator cover does more than look good. Without one, air entering the engine bay disperses rather than flowing directly through the radiator core. The Process West Radiator Cover seals this gap, directing airflow where it is needed most and improving cooling efficiency as a result. For track use or driving in warmer climates, this translates to more consistent engine temperatures and better thermal management under sustained load.

Built to last.

Fabricated from high-grade aluminium and finished in wrinkle black or red powder coat, the cover is built for long-term durability with strong resistance to rust and corrosion.

Please note this cover is designed for vehicles not using the factory inlet chute. Everything required for installation is included in the kit.

Our designs all follow a similar path. We remove the stock component and 3D scan the engine bay to determine the precise constraints of the available space. Once we know what we’re working with, we generate functional renders and finalise form, function, and fitment.

Following our digital models, we generate 3D printed prototypes for further, real-world confirmation of size, fitment, and installation ease. When our prototype is perfect, it's on to manufacturing.
