The Process West Stage 1 Intercooler is a direct bolt-in replacement for the factory unit on the Ford Ranger Raptor V6, engineered to deliver improved cooling efficiency, consistent power delivery, and long-term reliability on road or off.

At 480 x 180 x 125mm, this bar and plate core maximises airflow and outperforms any comparable factory replacement option. Built to handle high boost pressures and demanding off-road conditions without compromise.
Compatible with factory piping.
The Stage 1 intercooler works directly with the existing factory piping. For those looking to go further, the Process West Intercooler Hard Piping Kit is available separately in black or red (PWRR01B-pipe / PWRR01R-pipe).

Ground-Up Performance Engineering.
Our designs all follow a similar path. We remove the stock cooler and 3D scan the engine bay to determine the precise constraints of the available space. Once we know what we’re working with, we generate functional renders and finalise form, function, and fitment.
Following our digital models, we generate 3D printed prototypes for further, real-world confirmation of size, fitment, and installation ease. When our prototype is perfect, it's on to manufacturing.
