The Process West Billet TGV Delete Kit eliminates the factory tumble generator valves, removing a significant restriction from the intake path and maximising airflow under all operating conditions.

Precision machined for performance.

The port profile is machined to suit ported cylinder heads, ensuring a smooth, unrestricted transition from plenum to head. The upper flange surface is O-ringed for a reliable, leak-free seal against both stock and aftermarket plenums.

67mm length.

The shorter of the two available lengths, the 67mm version is specifically required when fitting a Process West Billet Plenum to a GC8. For builds not requiring the shorter length, the 79mm version is also available.

Injector and fuel rail compatibility.

Injector ports are machined to accept both 11mm and 13mm diameter injectors without adaptors. Simply use the supplied Viton O-rings to suit your injector size. Fuel rail mounting points match the factory specification, making the kit compatible with stock and aftermarket fuel rails alike.

Ground-Up Performance Engineering.

Our designs all follow a similar path. We remove the stock intake manifold and 3D scan the engine bay to determine the precise constraints of the available space. Once we know what we’re working with, we generate functional renders and finalise form, function, and fitment.

Following our digital models, we generate 3D printed prototypes for further, real-world confirmation of size, fitment, and installation ease. When our prototype is perfect, it's on to manufacturing.
