The Process West Stage 1 Front Mount Intercooler Kit is a complete cooling upgrade for the Ford Falcon FG, built around a unique stepped core design engineered specifically for the FG engine bay.

Stepped core design. The Stage 1 uses a two-section stepped bar and plate core — a 396 x 272 x 90mm bottom section paired with a 396 x 135 x 62mm top section. This design maximises the available space in the engine bay while maintaining smooth airflow and effective charge air cooling throughout.

Zero cutting required. Installation is straightforward with no cutting or permanent modification needed, making this an accessible upgrade for FG Falcon owners at any level of experience.

Complete kit. Mandrel bent aluminium piping, all necessary silicone joiners, and stainless steel hose clamps are included for a fully integrated, factory-quality finish.

Finish options. The intercooler core is available in black powdercoat or silver finish to suit your build.

Ground-Up Performance Engineering.

Our designs all follow a similar path. We remove the stock cooler and 3D scan the engine bay to determine the precise constraints of the available space. Once we know what we’re working with, we generate functional renders and finalise form, function, and fitment.

Following our digital models, we generate 3D printed prototypes for further, real-world confirmation of size, fitment, and installation ease. When our prototype is perfect, it's on to manufacturing.
