The new Process West Front Mount Intercooler Kit for the 2022+ VB WRX allows for superior air intake cooling. This is achieved by using light-weight CNC mandrel bent aluminuim intercooler piping and a large 525x350x75mm bar & plate intercooler core.

The beautiful thing about this front mount kit is that there is no cutting required in order to fit and install, and everything you need to complete install is included in the kit - i.e. hose clamps, intercooler brackets etc. With a choice of a black powdercoated or silver finished intercooler, its not hard to see why this is the best option for you car.

Ground-Up Performance Engineering.

Our designs all follow a similar path. We remove the stock cooler and 3D scan the engine bay to determine the precise constraints of the available space. Once we know what we’re working with, we generate functional renders and finalise form, function, and fitment.

Following our digital models, we generate 3D printed prototypes for further, real-world confirmation of size, fitment, and installation ease. When our prototype is perfect, it's on to manufacturing.

All our products are built in-house at our Australian facility. From billet aluminium CNC machining, welding, powder coating and packaging.
