Inlet manifold pollution is a common issue for modern diesel engines, particularly the high-efficiency Common Rail systems found in current 4x4 vehicles. To counter this, Process West developed the SEPR8R, an advanced catch can system that utilises industrial-grade filtration to protect your engine’s intake tract.

 

Design Philosophy
The core of the SEPR8R system is a precision-engineered internal filtration unit. It is designed to intercept oil-polluted air venting from the rocker cover and "scrub" the oil mist from the gas before it recirculates into the inlet manifold.

From the factory, this filtration typically does not occur. This allows oil to accumulate in the intercooler and intake piping, which can result in reduced engine performance and diminished fuel economy over time.


Installation and Fitment
The SEPR8R is designed as a complete, bolt-on kit tailored to specific vehicle models. Each kit is engineered to integrate seamlessly into the engine bay with a factory-level finish.

Supplied with molded, temperature-resistant hoses shaped specifically for the vehicle, ensuring a tidy installation without universal "looping" lines.

Maintenance

A drain port is incorporated into the main housing, with an optional drain valve available for easier oil removal.

The billet aluminum catch can features an internal filtration system that scrubs oil mist before it reaches your intake, delivered as a simple DIY bolt-on kit.

Ground-Up Performance Engineering.

Our designs all follow a similar path. We 3D scan the engine bay to determine the precise constraints of the available space. Once we know what we’re working with, we generate functional renders and finalise form, function, and fitment.

Following our digital models, we generate 3D printed prototypes for further, real-world confirmation of size, fitment, and installation ease. When our prototype is perfect, it's on to manufacturing.
