The Process West Front Mount Intercooler Kit for the 01-07 Subaru WRX/STI includes a 685 x 285 x 100mm bar & plate intercooler core, with hi-flow polished aluminium end tanks. This allows for smooth flow and effective cooling of the charge air entering the engine. Along with mandrel bent aluminium piping this Front Mount Intercooler Kit offers one of the best off-the-shelf options for the 06-07 Subaru WRX/STI on the market.

Ground-Up Performance Engineering.

Our designs all follow a similar path. We remove the stock cooler and 3D scan the engine bay to determine the precise constraints of the available space. Once we know what we’re working with, we generate functional renders and finalise form, function, and fitment.

Following our digital models, we generate 3D printed prototypes for further, real-world confirmation of size, fitment, and installation ease. When our prototype is perfect, it's on to manufacturing.

All our products are built in-house at our Australian facility. From billet aluminium CNC machining, welding, powder coating and packaging.
