The Process West Stage 2 Front Mount Intercooler Piping Kit for the Ford FG Falcon includes mandrel bent aluminium piping which offers superior airflow performance for the Ford FG Falcon. Included in the kit is all the necessary silicone joiners and appropriate stainless steel hose clamps.

Ground-Up Performance Engineering.

Our designs all follow a similar path. We remove the stock cooler and 3D scan the engine bay to determine the precise constraints of the available space. Once we know what we’re working with, we generate functional renders and finalise form, function, and fitment.

Following our digital models, we generate 3D printed prototypes for further, real-world confirmation of size, fitment, and installation ease. When our prototype is perfect, it's on to manufacturing.

All our products are built in-house at our Australian facility. From billet aluminium CNC machining, welding, powder coating and packaging.
