Optimised Thermal Exchange

Simply increasing the size of an intercooler isn't enough; you must ensure ambient air reaches the entire surface area. The Process West system addresses this by pairing a massive core with a revised under-hood duct, ensuring maximum heat exchange across every fin.

  • Bar & Plate Technology: Utilises a high-efficiency 90mm thick bar and plate core, specifically chosen to balance superior cooling with minimal pressure drop.

Ground-Up Performance Engineering.

Our designs all follow a similar path. We remove the stock cooler and 3D scan the engine bay to determine the precise constraints of the available space. Once we know what we’re working with, we generate functional renders and finalise form, function, and fitment.

Following our digital models, we generate 3D printed prototypes for further, real-world confirmation of size, fitment, and installation ease. When our prototype is perfect, it's on to manufacturing.
