The factory intake manifold on the BA/BF Falcon is a well-known limiting factor when increasing boost and airflow. The Process West Billet Plenum Chamber is a high-performance replacement engineered to handle extreme induction pressures while delivering optimised, consistent air distribution to every cylinder.

CNC machined from solid billet.

Unlike cast or sheet-metal alternatives, this plenum is CNC machined from solid 5083-grade billet aluminium plate. This construction method produces a component with superior structural integrity, capable of maintaining its shape and seal under exceptionally high boost levels without risk of cracking or flexing. For high-output builds where standard manifolds fall short, this is the correct solution.

Blended bell-mouth runners.

Each individual runner entry features a blended bell-mouth profile. This radiused design reduces turbulence and promotes laminar airflow into the cylinder head, improving engine efficiency and power potential across the rev range. The internal chamber is sized to provide a consistent reservoir of pressurised air, ensuring rear cylinders receive a full charge even during high-RPM operation.

Plug-in wiring loom.

Each kit includes a dedicated throttle body extension wiring loom, allowing for a clean installation with no cutting or soldering of the factory harness required.

Direct fitment.

Designed specifically for the 2002 to 2007 Ford Falcon BA/BF in both turbo and naturally aspirated variants, with all mounting points and vacuum ports positioned for a professional, factory-quality fit.

Ground-Up Performance Engineering.

Our designs all follow a similar path. We remove the stock intake manifold and 3D scan the engine bay to determine the precise constraints of the available space. Once we know what we’re working with, we generate functional renders and finalise form, function, and fitment.

Following our digital models, we generate 3D printed prototypes for further, real-world confirmation of size, fitment, and installation ease. When our prototype is perfect, it's on to manufacturing.
