The Process West Battery Relocation Kit is designed to free up engine bay space for large air box installations, relocating the factory battery without compromising electrical performance or reliability.
Purposeful placement.
The battery is relocated to behind the factory foglight area on the driver's side of the vehicle. This position was chosen deliberately to keep cable runs as short as possible. Long battery cables cause voltage drop, which leads to poor starting performance and reduced electrical reliability. The Process West solution maintains cable integrity and keeps the system performing as it should.
Simple, no-cut installation.
The kit is designed for a clean, straightforward install with no cutting of existing cables required. A laser cut battery tray and bracket are included alongside a high-density P7000 plastic battery terminal distribution block. The existing cables are extended rather than cut, preserving easy access for jump starting and charging when needed.

Ground-Up Performance Engineering.
Our designs all follow a similar path. We remove the stock component and 3D scan the engine bay to determine the precise constraints of the available space. Once we know what we’re working with, we generate functional renders and finalise form, function, and fitment.
Following our digital models, we generate 3D printed prototypes for further, real-world confirmation of size, fitment, and installation ease. When our prototype is perfect, it's on to manufacturing.
